The Plantation House has been booked virtually year round since opening in 1997. Presently, couples book the site six months to one
year in advance to reserve dates of choice. "It's the house that sells it," Luanna said
of the Cole's wedding arrangements. "You feel warm when you come in. We have a little niche.
People say 'It's like we're visiting somebody's family'. People let their guard down a little more
than in a closed situation." The venture has enjoyed outstanding success as a premier
Austin area wedding location.
