Ordering and Delivery
Adrianne's Express offers delivery to the Austin Area. We typically request
48 hours notice on all orders. However, we will always do our best to accommodate
last minute orders.
Service Ware
Disposable service ware is included with all orders. All of our breakfasts, salads, sandwiches and
platters can be arranged on beautiful serving pieces if you desire, and if you need china and a
server we would love to help. Just call our office at 512-443-3422 we'll take care of all the details!
Cancellations Policy
Cancellations must be made one business day prior to delivery or will be subject to billing.
Payment and Accounts
Payment is due at the time the order is placed. All other billing arrangements must be arranged and approved prior to
delivery. Adrianne's Express accepts payment with the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard,
American Express, Discover and Diner's Club. We can also provide corporate accounts which are billed monthly
and allow the user to specify a P.O. number. Please call our office at 512-443-3422 to arrange alternate billing arrangements.

How To Order
To order an item, simply enter the quantity you desire and click the Add To Cart button from any product
display in our store.
Clicking the View Order icon on the upper right side of any page will take you a running
tally of items in your cart. On this screen you can change quantities, delete items, change
shipping methods and calculate your sales tax. Choose Continue Shopping to return to the store
or Checkout to pay for your order.
When checking out you may choose to register using your email address and choosing a password
or, if your order is shipping to the same address on your credit card you may choose the
express checkout option.
Upon completion of your order, you should be taken to page thanking you for your order. You should also
receive an email confirmation shortly thereafter. If you do not receive an email confirmation, please
email us at orders@aatrc.com so we can make sure your order was properly processed.
Registered users can save multiple addresses in an address book for future use and track the
progress of their orders online. To access your account click the My Account icon on the upper
right side of any page.
Requirements
To use this online shopping system, you must have a browser that supports Cookies and JavaScript.
If your browser is not properly configured, items may not show up when you go to check out or you may receive
an error message when attempting to order an item or checkout. Version 3.0 or higher of Internet Explorer or
Netscape Navigator should work as long as Cookies and JavaScript
